Hi! I’m Ambrya and I am so glad you’re here! Taking this first step isn’t always easy, but beginning your healing journey is a powerful act of courage and you don’t have to do it alone. I work with individuals ages 16 and older, as well as couples and families. My clinical experience includes supporting clients through mood-related challenges, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and patterns that may be keeping them feeling stuck. I also have training and experience in working with substance use concerns.
I use DBT skills to help clients regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and build healthier coping strategies. I’m also trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy – Level 1, helping couples improve communication, deepen connection, and navigate conflict more effectively.
I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and laid-back environment where clients can feel comfortable and supported. My passion for mental well-being drives my dedication to helping individuals on their unique journeys toward growth and healing.
