Each of us desires to live a meaningful and enjoyable life, but stress and depression brought about by past traumas and life transitions can sometimes get in the way. I specialize in helping individuals overcome and cope with past traumas and life transitions.
I partner with my clients to identify shared goals, develop coping skills and strategies, and build a strong therapeutic relationship with the intent of applying the work we do in session to their daily lives. NEW: I am now working with two masters level interns who are able to see clients at the reduced rate of $50 per session.
