In our sessions, you’ll find a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s been weighing on you and reconnect with your strengths.
My approach is collaborative and client-centered, honoring you as the expert on your own life while offering guidance and support along the way. I draw from trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches to support meaningful, whole-person healing. our work may include CBT, DBT, somatic interventions, or Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
Together, we’ll focus on building practical coping tools, increasing resilience, and helping you move toward greater balance and well-being.
I offer therapy in person at our Troy, Ohio location and through teletherapy. If I’m not the right fit, I’m happy to help connect you with another clinician in our practice who can better support your needs.
