Do you struggle with negative beliefs about yourself? Is it hard for you to make sense of your emotions? Are you stuck repeating patterns from your past? I have experience working with people with depression and anxiety disorders, complex-PTSD and trauma. I focus on emotions with my clients and can help you get curious about the information your system is trying to communicate, and help you access your system's natural inclination toward healing. I am trained in EMDR and IFS (Internal Family Systems or parts work), as well as the Syzygy Institute step-2; IFS-informed EMDR.
I am passionate about the neurobiology of trauma, and the therapeutic processes that can facilitate healing. I am especially interested in using EMDR and IFS models with clients. I can help you explore many different parts of life in order to work together to understand, process, and heal. You can expect curiosity and compassion in my office.
My biggest hope is to be a safe space for you to get to know yourself better, and support you in all the ways I can. I consider it an honor to enter into relationship with clients and walk along the path of self-discovery, reflection, and healing.
