Recovery changes everything — but starting can feel overwhelming.
Whether you’re newly sober, questioning your relationship with substances, trying to rebuild your life, or carrying guilt and shame from the past, therapy can give you a place to finally slow down and figure out what healing actually looks like for you.
I work with adults, teens and families navigating addiction recovery, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, self-worth issues, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are learning how to live without numbing, escape patterns, or self-destructive coping for the first time.
I am passionate about this work because as a person in long-term recovery I’ve seen how powerful healing can be when people feel truly understood and empowered. Watching clients reclaim their lives, their relationships, and their sense of self is deeply meaningful to me. I believe change is possible at any stage of life, and you don’t have to do it alone.
