I know that reaching out for support can be challenging. As a compassionate and experienced therapist, I understand that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming. My approach is collaborative, offering a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is to help individuals cultivate self-awareness and resilience by gaining a deeper understanding of their life experiences. I also emphasize the powerful connection between the mind and body, integrating mindfulness techniques to promote stress management and overall well-being. I look forward to connecting!

With expertise in treating depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, and life transitions, I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have also completed advanced training, including Level 3 Gottman Institute certification and EMDR. My approach is often solution-focused and goal-oriented.

Currently, I am working toward certification as a Brain Health Professional with Dr. Daniel Amen, focusing on brain dysfunction and its impact on mental health. These qualifications enable me to provide comprehensive, personalized care tailored to each client’s unique needs. Together, we can identify challenges, explore their origins and find better coping.
