I know what it is like to reach out for support. As a compassionate and experienced therapist, I understand that taking the first step towards therapy can be daunting. I approach therapy as a collaborative journey, fostering a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My aim is to help clients gain deeper insights into themselves and their life experiences, fostering self-awareness and resilience. I believe in the powerful connection between the mind and body, integrating mindfulness practices into therapy to empower clients with effective stress management techniques.

With expertise in treating a range of issues including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships and life transitions, I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Based Therapy. I have completed specialized training including Level 3 Gottman Institute training and in EMDR enhancing my ability to provide comprehensive care.

I hope we can identify difficulties, think about where they have originated from, and learn coping skills to hopefully eradicate the difficulties you presented to therapy with. I hope to facilitate growth and overall health and wellness with you. My work with clients can often be solution-focused and goal-oriented. I look forward to connecting!
