Together, we can explore these experiences with curiosity, compassion, and respect as we work to better understand what you're going through and what you want for yourself moving forward.
My work is grounded in humility and a nonjudgmental approach, often supporting clients navigating complex trauma, attachment and relationship concerns, grief, and family and peer conflict. I especially enjoy supporting children and teens, as well as couples who are struggling in their relationship.
