I love working alongside people and helping them reach toward a more meaningful life. I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual abuse, family conflict, neurodivergence, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. As a therapist I help children, teens, and adults tap into their own resilience, rediscover their voice, and create lasting change. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and curiosity. Therapy is a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported — a place where you can explore who you are, what you need, and what future is right for you.

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and taking that first step isn't always easy. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don't have to navigate it alone.
