I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 24 years of combined experience as an educator, school counselor, and high school mental health and crisis counselor. I’ve had the privilege of working extensively with children, teens, parents, and adults to support their mental health and emotional wellness through various stages of life.
My practice focuses on individuals diagnosed with ADHD and those navigating personal crises, anxiety, addiction and codependency, depression, relationship and family issues, divorce, infertility, infidelity, menopause, and grief.
I specialize in working with teenagers, parents of teens, and parents of children with ADHD. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, parent coaching, and consulting for educational concerns. For those who desire it, I also provide counseling from a Christian perspective, along with testing and assessments to guide treatment and insight.
The way we think, act, feel, and relate to others is often shaped by our personal history, especially the sense of safety and belonging we experienced growing up. Know that there is hope.
