I am currently accepting new clients at the Lawrence and Leawood offices! I understand that everyone is struggling in some capacity to heal from past hurts, process life transitions, or learn how to feel confident about oneself. I enjoy working with teens, college-aged young adults, and adults. I have experience working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, self-harm, low-self esteem/confidence issues, and trauma.
My speciality is based through a client-centered, trauma-informed lens to help my clients overcome life’s challenges. My approach is to support my clients to see their full potential and live more authentically. I also received a Master of Science in Art Therapy and am pursuing licensure in the art therapy field.
I recognize that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, awkward, or scary at first or that you have had some previous experiences that were hurtful. I offer a welcoming, safe, and judgement free space. I want you to discover your full potential and learn to live your authentic life.
