I have experience working with individuals who are neurodivergent, identify as autistic, have symptoms of ADHD, OCD, etc., or are facing challenges such as anxiety and depression. I work with both children and adults. I am happy to work with people from all walks of life. As someone who has often been considered the "black sheep" in many contexts, I deeply value all sorts of diversity and understand how difficult it can be to feel different or out of place. This personal experience fuels my commitment to creating an inclusive space where everyone is welcomed and understood. I am an LGBTQ+ ally.
Through a variety of creative activities—such as drawing, painting, and collage—I guide clients to access their emotions, gain insights into their experiences, and develop healthier ways of coping. My approach is integrative, blending traditional therapeutic methods with creative techniques to help clients build resilience.
I am an art therapy and counseling student dedicated to helping individuals navigate their emotions and find healing through creative expression. With a background in both psychology and the arts, I believe that creativity can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and emotional growth. In my work, I provide a warm and supportive environment.
