Are you noticing your child struggling with big emotions, acting out at school, or shutting down at home? I help children and families navigate emotional and behavioral challenges by creating a safe, supportive space where kids can feel seen, heard, and understood.

My goal is to help children build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthy communication. I use a child-centered, relational approach informed by play therapy principles, trauma-informed care, and behavioral strategies. I believe that connection is the foundation for change, and I tailor sessions to each child’s emotional and developmental needs.

My experience as a Registered Behavioral Therapist, special education teacher, and adoptive parent has given me a unique understanding of how children communicate through behavior—especially when they don’t yet have the words.
