Seeking healing by being vulnerable takes a tremendous amount of bravery. Often the situations, experiences, wounds, and/or losses impacting our anxiety, depression, grief, self-worth, and self-esteem are the last topics we want to discuss. Labels and shame can make us feel stuck in our wounds. It is my goal to help you heal and make meaning of past hurts and current stressors that are impacting you.
I serve my clients by utilizing empirically supported approaches with warmth and tenderness. I work with clients through a holistic and systemic lens, helping them move towards growth and healing. I specialize in trauma and am trained in EMDR. In addition, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment, skill building, and psychoeducation.
My desire is to create a space of authenticity, compassion, and hope, where you feel comfortable and supported in your journey. Your unique experience deserves to be shared, it is not too small or insignificant to be heard and I would be honored to help you find healing.
