Throughout life, people experience highs and lows. Often, we need help working through the difficult points in order to fully experience and appreciate the highs. I believe that all areas of our lives are interconnected and impact one another - our families, careers, relationships with friends and significant others, health and wellness habits, and so on. When something is not quite right in one of these areas, it typically trickles into the others. My job is to help my clients determine what can be changed within their lives to help alleviate negative emotions while improving their ability to cope with situations they can’t change.
I have experience with preteen children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health symptoms including anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem issues, behavioral problems, trauma, and familial difficulties. I offer individual and family therapy focusing on client-specific goals and utilize evidenced-based psychology strategies in treatment.
