I’d like to begin by taking time to remind you to thank yourself for the time you are investing in you, your mental health, and your entire wellbeing. Searching for a therapist to share your story with can be hard. So I hope to encourage you to continue to prioritize you! I believe that, as humans, we are wired for connection. Therefore, my nature as a therapist is first and foremost to be a present connection. Our therapeutic relationship will be built through a supportive and non-judgmental space, as well as collaboration to develop your unique plan for the growth you desire.
As a therapist, I use an integrative approach and understand that each client has distinct needs and diverse experiences. For interested clients, I offer a unique approach to sessions through walk & talk therapy - an approach that allows us to meet on a trail and process through movement outdoors. In addition, I have completed CCTP training.
