I work with adults across Colorado who are navigating ADHD, Autism, trauma, and burnout—especially those who have spent years masking or feeling like they have to hold it all together. Therapy here is not about fixing you, but helping you understand your nervous system, reduce overwhelm, and feel more like yourself. I also offer EMDR therapy for deeper trauma processing. All sessions are virtual and available to clients anywhere in Colorado.
I offer trauma-informed therapy for adults, late-diagnosed ADHD and autistic individuals, and parents of neurodivergent kids. Using EMDR and nervous system-focused care, I help reduce trauma responses, ease overwhelm, and build regulation—without asking you to mask or change who you are.
