My approach integrates both mind and body in a way that will have you seeing shifts immediately.

Using psycho-education about trauma, your nervous system, EMDR, parts work and somatic approaches; I help you understand the ways your trauma has impacted you and how to heal and find joy. I especially love working with parents who come from backgrounds with trauma and are trying to break the cycle, teens and young adults with attachment wounds.

I am an open and affirming therapist who approaches my clients with cultural humility. I genuinely LOVE being a therapist and seeing my clients heal and become who they were always meant to be.
