I believe that most mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and relationship challenges are rooted in past trauma. When the foundational issues are addressed, people naturally feel better. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting (BSP).
EMDR and BSP are highly effective treatment to process and provide deep neurological repair to the body and mind. Some clients have referred to them as "magic".
