Since beginning my counseling career in 2007, I have provided mental health and substance abuse therapy services. I work with clients to help them challenge disruptive thoughts and behaviors, then I help them set goals to put them on the path to their desired future. Therapy helps clients work through past, and present, problems that are holding you back in relationships, at work, and in other important life situations and relationships.
