As a marriage and family therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples and families navigate the complexities of relationships and life transitions. My approach is systemic and grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and healing, and meaningful change is possible when we feel understood and supported. I work collaboratively with my clients to explore their unique challenges and identify patterns that may be holding them back from a fulfilling life.
My area of focus includes past trauma, ADHD, communication, family conflict, healthy relationships, depression, anxiety, play therapy and self esteem. I primarily use evidenced based CBT, EMDR, mindfulness techniques. This allows me to tailor my approach to each client. I am here to provide a safe and non judgmental space for exploration and growth.
I have over 20 years experience working in mental health at various positions. I have a Bachelors in Human Services Counseling (2005) and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy (2009.)
