As a feminist therapist, I bring intentionality, authenticity, advocacy, and accountability to my practice. Drawing from years of experience working with individuals, I understand the unique interpersonal dynamics and the desire to have more fulfilling relationships. Specializing in anxiety, burnout, trauma, impostor syndrome, and work-life integration, I provide a compassionately challenging space where I help my clients to process and navigate their experiences. I firmly believe in self-determination and autonomy, meaning that if you want different, you must do things differently. You CAN choose to opt out of chaos.
I enjoy integrating eclectic techniques that encourage client engagement in non-traditional and non-linear ways. Therapy requires change that at times can be discomforting but I truly believe that transformation happens when we allow ourselves to lean into the process and do the work it takes to reclaim our stories, our boundaries, and ultimately our peace.
My overall goal is to create a braver space where we can engage in a powerful and meaningful therapeutic process. I craft conversations that spark courage and clarity.
