Life can be difficult. A marriage that’s just okay. A chronic illness that has stolen the future you imagined. A star athlete or high achiever now paralyzed by anxiety and doubt. You feel lost—unsure of who you are or what your purpose is. You want to see the good in life, not just the struggles. You long for a meaningful marriage, deeper relationships, or the confidence to perform at your best. You’re ready to live again, to find purpose in your suffering. You want hope. You want to understand yourself better so you can experience more fulfilling relationships.
I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and athletes to address anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, marriage enrichment, and communication challenges. Using a personalized approach tailored to your unique strengths and personality, I integrate Brainspotting, DBT, CBT, and the Enneagram to help you achieve the change you desire.
As long as you have breath, you have purpose. No matter what you’re facing, there is hope. My clients appreciate that I’m straightforward yet laid-back, supportive without judgment. In my office, you will be heard, valued, and challenged to grow. I will be your guide and mentor as we work together toward your goals. The best is yet to come.
