My background is rooted in practical skills of CBT and DBT. The last 8 years I spent in the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response program, combined with my personal journey, taught me the critical importance of body-based approaches. I have expanded my practice to include EMDR to heal the deeper patterns that hold you back from being your best self.
As an 18-year-old Air Force enlistee, I could never have imagined all the chapters, experiences, and challenges life had in store.
