My role as a psychotherapist is to help you lead a more fulfilling life with both yourself and with those around you. I guide clients to resolve long standing, repetitive conflict cycles using a variety of approaches tailored to each person's needs. Our issues are often rooted in a place that exists beyond words. The work we do will increase your awareness of that place, build empathy, intimacy, and a sense of wholeness with yourself. The work is a collaborative exploration. I am licensed in California and Vermont and see clients in either location. I provide you a superbill so you can be reimbursed from insurance.

Dialogue Therapy uses mindfulness, psychodrama, and techniques from structured family therapy to assist couples to improve the quality of their relationship. Dialogue Therapy is a time limited and highly effective method that helps couple's dramatically improve their connection to each other and bring excitement and curiosity back into the relationship.

I am also a certified trauma specialist and have extensive experience helping individuals resolve early childhood trauma and PTSD. I work with individuals who need expertise in understanding how developmental trauma has affected them. I help individuals understand how to improve their connection to themselves and to others to lead more connected lives.
