I have over 21 years of experience in the mental health field providing therapeutic and crisis intervention services to children, age 4+, adults, and couples/families. I specialize in treating symptoms of PTSD as related to childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, grief, and marital/relationship issues.
I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Person Centered, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Trauma Focused CBT. I have a national certification in TFCBT.
