I am passionate about creating a safe and open-minded space for all identities in my therapy. I believe the most important aspect when it comes to therapy is having it be collaborative, empathetic, and a safe space for you to share. I have experience working with young adults who present with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and suicidal ideation. I also assist with LGBTQIA+ identities and transitions. I look at each symptom that the individual presents through a trauma-focused lens. Outside of work, I enjoy cuddling my three cats, watching crime shows, and playing videogames.
In my therapy practice, I integrate a variety of modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. I am trained in EMDR, and I am also working on my IFSTTC certification which will be completed in June of 2026. My work is grounded in a trauma-focused lens and a person-centered approach, ensuring that clients feel seen, heard, and empowered!
