Therapy is not something that is necessary only when something is wrong. Therapy is often bringing in a new, unbiased perspective to elaborate on your own thoughts and expand on new ideas. I am native to West Texas and have lived in Midland for the last twelve years, so I am familiar with the unique struggles of the Permian Basin. I decided to take the plunge and start my own practice, after being the Clinical Director at a facility for the last five years. I have had the privilege of being trained in Sand Tray Therapy, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, EMDR, along with many other modalities. I enjoy working with teens and adults primarily using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
