Welcome. I’m Amber Shaw, a licensed professional counselor offering trauma-informed therapy for teens and adults navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, women’s issues, chronic stress, and emotional overwhelm.
My work is grounded in mindfulness-based and IFS-informed approaches, supporting clients in reconnecting with themselves with greater compassion, safety, and clarity. I believe healing happens not only through insight, but through relationship, nervous system awareness, creativity, and learning to listen to the parts of ourselves that carry pain, protection, and survival patterns.
My practice is evolving into a more integrative, community-oriented model that extends beyond traditional therapy into wellness and creative healing work. I am excited to offer new groups and workshops to the community. I also welcome connections with limited license clinicians, practicum students, and interns interested in trauma-informed, relational care.
