I can’t promise to make you forget all your heartaches, but I can give you the tools needed to handle them effectively. I have experience working with children, preteens, teenagers, adults, and the geriatric population. I have also worked with many challenges, ranging from depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ concerns, substance abuse, trauma, stress management, relationship issues, self-esteem, co-dependency, women’s issues, and career counseling.
Using mostly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and a humanistic approach, I will assist you in developing a healthier mindset. In our work together, I promise to create a safe and accepting environment where you can be your authentic self while also allowing you to guide the way and move at your own pace.
