Do you have moments when your emotions are too much to bear, and you are unsure how to move forward? You may feel overwhelmed, sad, anxious, confused, angry, and maybe even numb. I can’t promise to make you forget all your heartaches, but I can give you the tools needed to handle them effectively. I have experience working with children, preteens, teenagers, and adults. I have also worked with many challenges, ranging from depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, stress management, relationship issues, self-esteem, co-dependency, women’s issues, and career counseling.

Using mostly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and a humanistic approach, I will assist you in developing a healthier mindset. In our work together, I promise to create a safe and accepting environment where you can be your authentic self while also allowing you to guide the way and move at your own pace.

You are capable and worthy of achieving everything you’ve desired, as long as you change the thought patterns that have held you captive, learn what strategies help you overcome your tribulations, and ultimately develop true acceptance of yourself.
