I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, depression, identity-related questions, and emotional overwhelm. I work with adults who are navigating emotional overwhelm, anxiety, depression, or challenges related to identity and life transitions. Many of my clients are outwardly successful and intelligent, yet feel privately exhausted, stuck, or disconnected. That’s okay. My practice is affirming, inclusive, and welcoming to people of all backgrounds and identities.
