Therapy is one of those worthwhile challenges in life, but it should always help more than it hurts. I believe that each person has the ability to meet their goals inside of them already and I partner with clients to help them to identify their strengths and put them into motion to achieve their goals. I use elements of various therapy styles and a holistic approach to meet clients right where they are with various planned or unplanned life changes. My goal is to help clients feel supported, safe, and empowered to achieve their goals.
I have an extensive background in child welfare, abuse and neglect, foster care, and working with individuals who have experienced significant trauma. I have also worked within the public school system in various roles to support individuals and families. I believe that these experiences help me to better understand other's unique experiences.
