When your earliest needs for comfort, safety, or love weren’t met, it can leave a quiet ache that follows you into adulthood. Shame, anxiety, numbness, disconnection, they all have a story, & together we will engage your story with care & honesty. I work with individuals who are open to exploring their story, not only the facts of what happened but the deep emotional imprints that early harm has left behind. You may struggle to trust, to receive love, or to feel at home in your own body. Underneath these struggles is often a younger part of you still holding pain that has not yet been named or tended to with care and compassion.

I'm welcoming new clients for therapy, intensives, consultations, and/or coaching. Therapeutic intensives offer a healing space, a pause from daily life to process & integrate childhood trauma with attunment. Intensives can offer a space for deeper healing. I also offer coaching for families facing school challenges (i.e., IEP's, 504, school anxiety etc.)

With over 13 years experience as a school psychologist I bring deep care and attunement to my work. Whether you're exploring your story for the first time or returning to long avoided places, I will provide a steady, compassionate presence.
