Counseling is my second career. I have always been in a helping profession and my journey to becoming a clinician began as a teacher. Helping others has always been a passion of mine whether it was in the classroom or in a counseling office. In every client that I have ever had the privilege to be a part of their journey, it has always been my sincere hope that I could at least plant a seed of hope and inspiration. I see clients with various issues. I focus on teen and women issues but do see individuals for many other issues, such as trauma and depression.
I do individual and couple's counseling. I work with individuals from ages 10 and up. I have experience with addiction, particularly sexual addiction. I also have extensive experience in working with clients that have psychotic disorders. I also enjoy working with women who are battling issues, such as self-esteem and body image.
I am a Christian-oriented therapist who is inspired to help others find that inner peace that may be eluding them or just be a safe haven to talk with during difficult times. It is my sincere goal that each client will learn to love and accept themselves as God sees each of us. I offer in-person and virtual visits to meet the needs of clients.
