I specialize in working with women who feel like they have to constantly have it all together. I help "super women" alleviate stress/anxiety, depression, cope with traumatic experiences, and work through life's challenges. I teach women that it's okay to remove the Super-Woman cape that is worn as a badge of honor & how to prioritize Your SELF! Additionally, I help couples identify and work through communication struggles through teaching emotional attunement and validation. I work with couples to overcome hardships & work towards creating an environment where each of you feel heard, validated, & understood.
I will meeting you right where you are on your journey. I simply ask that you be willing and ready to begin the process. With years of experience, I understand that one style of therapy does not fit all. As your therapist, rest assure that my services will be specifically tailored to meet your unique needs.
