I believe that the most effective therapy to help you see the changes you want to see begins with the relationship between the therapist and the client. My approach is unique to every client and my focus is on you as a person. I have a very eclectic style that is very much trauma-informed, and I am a fully trained EMDR therapist.
As a licensed therapist working at PA Center for Change, I have experience working with a wide array of clients including children and adolescents, families, and those with substance use issues especially. I am also experienced in working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, trauma, and PTSD.
I understand the struggle of finding someone you feel comfortable with, and I am here to help ease that fear. I aim to be the most genuine, authentic, and empathetic version of myself.
