I have special training & interests in working with women & men working through health, infertility, transition, relationships, & young persons in college/high school. I use an integrative, body-based approach with clients. I believe our bodies hold the key to our healing. I pull from mindfulness-based cognitive behavior therapy and somatic psychology.
