I enjoy working with teens, college-aged young adults, and adults. I have experience working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, self-harm, low-self esteem/confidence issues, and grief. I also have a Master of Science in Art Therapy and am pursuing licensure in the art therapy field. I am currently a Provisional Registered Art Therapist (ATR-P) pursuing my ATR certification. Creative expression in therapy can help you to access parts of your story that might be hard to put into words. No artistic skill is needed and it's great for any age!
I recognize that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, awkward, or scary at first or that you have had some previous experiences that were hurtful.
