I enjoy providing individual, couple, consensual non-monogamy, polycule, family and non-traditional family mental health services.
I provide NeuroAffective Relational Model and Somatic Experiencing modalities, addressing complex, relational, and developmental trauma. My approach is client centered, collaborative, and experiential, with interest in development, attachment, stress, trauma, emotions, soma, mindfulness, relationships, and the impact of those on our current experiences.
