Groups
Reclaim Healing Collective-Virtual

This is a women's online self-care support community. This group does not qualify as therapy. Instead it is more about learning and developing lifestyle alignment, connection, and accountability. The community provides information, workshops, and serves as a place for positive encouragement and motivation to continue self-growth. The group explores mind/body integration, somatic techniques, healing movement, tools for nervous system regulation, and mindfulness/meditation techniques. This community is structured as a membership. You pay one monthly access cost for all tools, events, and workshops inside the collective. Contact me for more information!
