I help clients gain perspective and cope more effectively during life transitions. I'll share tools & strategies to help you improve your mental health while providing a warm & non-judgmental space to process life's challenges. If you need support around mood, anxiety, trauma, chronic health conditions, or relationships choosing your therapist is a very important part of the process. I specialize in providing couples therapy, treatment for trauma related disorders, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and issues related to major life transitions. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities depending on the client's presenting problems and goals for therapy.

I focus on helping individual clients adjust to late-diagnosed neurodivergence, women's issues, and trauma recovery. Most clients begin with weekly therapy for 4-6 weeks. Once targeted symptoms improve, we begin to decrease frequency of sessions. Couples work is focused on emotional repair, increasing communication, deepening connection, and improving conflict resolution skills.

This is a women's online self-care support community. This group does not qualify as therapy. Instead it is more about learning and developing lifestyle alignment, connection, and accountability. The community provides information, workshops, and serves as a place for positive encouragement and motivation to continue self-growth. The group explores mind/body integration, somatic techniques, healing movement, tools for nervous system regulation, and mindfulness/meditation techniques.
