I am a PA licensed therapist and career counselor. I work with individuals ages 16 and older with a background in working as a college career counselor. I provide support for anxiety, depression, work-life balance, coping with negative thoughts, boundary setting, self-confidence, life transitions, and drug and alcohol use or addiction concerns. I believe in the importance of setting goals throughout the therapeutic journey as accountability and personal responsibility. I am someone who celebrates the small wins, as I recognize the small wins as resiliency and intention. Keep going, keep growing!
I pride myself on my ability to build rapport and foster warm and welcoming spaces. My approach is empathetic and empowering, but I will challenge you when appropriate as therapy and counseling are opportunities for growth. I utilize a strength-based approach in combination with person-centered and CBT.
