I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, but I find my work with teens to be particularly rewarding. I strive to ensure that clients feel welcome and safe when working with me. I am also LGBTQ+ affirming.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to assist my client's in their healing journey. We don't have to "just talk" - I am comfortable with bringing art, music, and gaming into the therapeutic space. I believe processing and healing can come from a variety of ways that we enjoy expressing ourselves.
