Whether you are navigating life's complexities or processing emotions, my goal is to provide a safe, comfortable environment to work towards self discovery, healing, and growth. I work with adults who are facing a variety of different challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, women's issues, and grief.
I offer a compassionate presence to clients, while encouraging growth and working towards goals. I utilize a combination of therapeutic approaches to develop a treatment plan that meets your needs. My approach is predominantly rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered, strengths-based, mindfulness, and EMDR.
