Hello, My name is Amber Osijo. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. For almost a decade I have worked to help many diverse clients including adults, teens, children, and seniors. Treatment areas have included depression, anxiety, mood disorders, crisis intervention, self-esteem, marital counseling, pre-marital counseling, grief, and more.
I am a client-centered therapist who works collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve their goals. The most common theoretical approaches I use in my practice include CBT, DBT, Trauma-focused therapy, and The Gottman Method.
