I am a dual-licensed clinician who approaches therapy through life experience and a holistic approach. I believe that broken people help broken people. I like to say I am most likely not your typical vision of what a therapist would be like, and that is due to my approachability and connectivity. I approach care with a full range of approaches tailored to the needs of the human being in front of me. I am a compassionate and well-rounded therapist.
I approach client needs strictly based on the individual; there is no one-way-fits-all. I use a lot of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, self-regulation with EMDR resourcing and CPT, and moral injury work with trauma and PTSD clients.
I am a recovering individual of 17 years and found my purpose through life experiences and healing. By building up the strengths within each person, allowing them to find their power and truth. Our first session is very casual and informational both ways, I am open to questions and will ask a lot of them to start building safety and trust.
