I have 8+ years experience supporting clients with anxiety, family/relationship issues, work/school related stress/burnout, and unexpected life transitions.In therapy I'll provide you with a safe, caring, and judgement-free space to work on your goals, process your feelings, and explore skills to deepen your ability to navigate difficult emotions/situations.
