If you're navigating transitions, struggling with emotions, or finding it hard to trust yourself or others, I’d be honored to work with you. I offer in-person and virtual sessions to support neurodiverse and creative individuals through a person-in-environment lens. I strive to create a safe, affirming space for those who may feel isolated or misunderstood—inviting connection, support, and healing through gentle curiosity and exploration.

AM Enough Counseling is grounded in the belief that, as humans, we are all imperfect; but we are also inherently "ENOUGH". I believe therapy can be empowering and collaborative.
