An ideal client for me would be an individual who is seeking a safe, non judgmental environment where they can gain insight into their problems, discuss and process their feelings and learn new skills to improve their overall mental wellness. I am capable of helping those who are currently struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma/PTSD, grief and loss, relationship problems, LGBTQA+ issues and much more. I welcome anyone who is struggling with problems both big and small and treat each person’s problems with individualized attention and dedication towards making progress.
I have 13 years experience of working with people with a variety of mental health issues. I offer my clients an environment where they can feel heard, respected and supported. My treatment approach varies and is personalized to each client’s needs. I typically do not assign homework or workbooks and often focus on therapeutic discussion and processing.
As a person who has battled both depression and anxiety most of my life, I am able to relate to many of my clients experiences. I find my past has helped
