I utilize a Person-Centered approach when working with my clients. I also utilize mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral strategies, along with the Flash Technique, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Play Therapy. I am also a Certified Nurtured Heart Approach Practitioner. Collaboratively, I assist with building resiliency, insight, and provide support during every step of our journey together.
I offer strategies that concentrate on self-exploration, identifying and building on one's strengths, while honoring both past and present experiences. I am committed to helping client's become the best versions of themselves in their self discovery, while also understanding past experiences and moving towards a healthier and more fulfilling life.
