My areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, relationships, trauma, and grief and loss. I will help identify interpersonal conflicts and feelings by using a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
