My work is grounded in connection, growth, and creating a space where clients feel safe enough to explore life’s more difficult experiences. I believe in grace, acceptance, and the idea that meaningful change often happens through small, intentional shifts rather than pressure to “fix” yourself.
I have a particular heart for individuals navigating miscarriage and infant loss and have experience supporting both individuals and grieving communities. I also work with women around concerns such as body image, ADHD, self-compassion, and life transitions. I work primarily with adults and adolescents ages 12 and older.
I take an integrative approach to therapy and tailor sessions to each person's unique needs. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach that can help process distressing experiences, reduce emotional reactivity & move forward with clarity. I also enjoy incorporating creative interventions when possible.
